Trustmade was founded in 2019, after our founding team had themselves been right in the middle of the digital customer journey and experienced how crucial trust and transparency are to the customer's choice.

We saw that good companies often struggled to document who they were, how they worked, and what their customers actually experienced. At the same time, these companies lacked a unified system to collect, verify, manage, and showcase their customer experiences. That’s why we started building a solution where trust isn’t just talked about, but documented.
